Stracciatella di Burrata
Wtih semi-dried cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
This is a super fresh Spring and Summery recipe dish that anybody would love. The tomatoes come from Puglia, dried only in natural sun on bricks. The stracciatela, also from Puglia is the creamy inside part of the famous burrata. We add olives and basil to give the dish freshness and sapidity.
